Stopwatch

Stopwatch is a medicine that can be purchased without a prescription. Its main task is to treat the first and subsequent symptoms of diarrhea. It is extremely fast in action, sometimes one dose is enough to feel better.

Stopwatch is therefore designed to counteract the negative effects of diarrhea, such as weakening the body or dehydration, which is sometimes dangerous for children.

In Poland, Stoperan is the most commonly used medication against diarrhea. It has a root safety profile and the therapeutic substance used in it is extremely effective. Therefore, the World Society for Gastroenterology (WGO) recommends Stoperan to treat diarrhea problems independently.

In order to recover faster from diarrhea, electrolytes should also be used.

How does Stopwatch work?

The action of Stopperan can be felt already in the first hour after taking it. The healing substance contained in it is bound with receptors, which are in the intestine, thus calming down their peristalsis, and prevents the need for frequent emptying. Stopperan also has a beneficial effect on the absorption of water from the intestine, which prevents dehydration and affects the consistency of the stool.

Stopperan does not irritate the gastrointestinal mucosa, does not change the intestinal flora and has a mild effect on the stomach.

The drug is metabolized in the liver and expelled along with bile.

For whom is Stopwatch?

Stopwatch can be used in adults, the elderly and children over 6 years of age.

Stopwatch can be used for both acute and chronic diarrhea. It contains a universal substance which prevents the occurrence of diarrhea. It is also effective in the case of infectious diarrhea, for example during gastric flu.

This medicine is also effective for diarrhoea, which is not helped by other medicines that can be purchased without a prescription:

- in case of food allergies,
- In case of lactose and gluten intolerance,
- in case of stress diarrhea,
- in diarrhoea caused by irritable bowel syndrome (IBS),
- or with diarrhoea accompanying diabetes.

Stopperan can be successfully used by people who treat chronic diseases such as hypertension or diabetes. It does not affect the effectiveness of other medicines, so it can also be used by women who use contraception.

How to use Stopwatch?

Stopwatch can be taken even at first symptoms of diarrhea. Its dosage should depend on the type of diarrhea or the age of the patient.

The first dose is usually two capsules, sometimes diarrhea disappears after the first dose.

The capsules of the drug are taken as a whole, but if someone has problems swallowing, they can dissolve the content in water and drink the drug.

The dosage does not need to be modified for patients with kidney function problems.
